Unique chess and coffee table designed by Willy Ceysens and made in his own atelier in Neerpelt, Belgium 1971. This fantastic large chess game table has a cast aluminium top and a chrome plated sheet steel base. The chess pieces are also made of solid case aluminium. This table was purchased by previous owners father, directly at the artist in 1971. It was a unique piece and is also documented in a small book from Willy Ceysens. The table is in very good original condition. For someone who likes chess and a unique playful work of art as a coffee table.
