This is for fantastic rare and nice pair of bentwood bookcases, model number 545 designed by Willem Lutjens and manufactured by Gouda den Boer, Holland 1953. This is for the teak plywood version with beech sticks. The contrast between the teak wooden shelves and beech sticks is very nice. The nice bentwood ends are typical for the original bookcase by Lutjens. One of the most elegant bookcases ever made and these can be used as room dividers as well. These could be ordered at the days in different variety of shelves and sticks, this is a very nice combination in mirror image, These have 3 large shelves each and a small one on top. They are in fantastic original condition with a only some very minimal marks from usage and wear due to age and usage. They can be fully dis assembled for easy transport/shipping.
