Very nice large and iconic sculptural lounge sofa and poof designed by Vladimir Kagan and manufactured by Directional, United States 1999. This boomerang shaped sofa is also called cloud sofa sometimes, well with this cloudy fabric we totally feel that. Due to the organic shape, this sofa looks like a sculptural piece rather dan a functional sofa. So basically, this sofa is a work of art which you can use as well. The sofa has been reupholstered with a beautiful off-white flat bouclé fabric and it looks absolutely stunning. This is a set of sofa and large poof (135 cm diameter). The cover can be fairly easily removed for dry cleaning if wanted. The plywood feet are covered with chrome plated metal to provide a classy look. The sofa is marked at the back with the original metal Kagan New York Collection tag. This is for the medium sized version made by Kagan and is very comfortable and puffy to use.
