Very impressive wall unit bookcase designed by Vittorio Dassi and manufactured by Dassi Milano, Italy 1950. These kind of bookcases were actually a kind of modular system which was designed to the customers wishes, you will probably never see an identical one as they were all custom made. This wall unit is made of walnut wood, partly painted, laminated and has brass details. The uprights are black painted beech and very nicely shaped. There are a lot of storage options in this cabinet but also some nice open areas to display pieces. There are several cabinets with drawers, shelves and folding door to cover the inside. One square cabinet with the beech door has a nice abstract artwork on it. The unit is in original condition and has some very minor marks and minor signs of wear. Take this maybe one change to buy this fantastic piece of Italian design for your home or interior.
