Rare decorative piece, this is a 1950s swimming figurine. Hand made in Holland in the 1950s. This was thrown into the water and it floats just underneath the surface, this was used for rescue swimming because of the weight its similar to the weight of a person under water and they could use this for rescue swimming lessons. Very nice and decorative piece, never seen before.
