Fantastic sputnik starburst ceiling lamp designed and manufactured by Stilnovo, Italy 1950. This lamp was made in the time when the Sputniks were launched into space. Many designers inspired their designs on the space ships. This is in my eyes one of the best examples of that. Very nice colorful ceiling lamp with 4 different colors and brass arms. Lamp works perfectly and is in fully original condition. There are minor paint losses on the shades, if wanted we can fully refinish the lamp into perfect condition but we prefer to keep our lamps original in a time of many reproductions and replica’s. The lamp uses 8x E14 bulb up to 25 watt each. Gives very nice sperical light when lit. Brass has a nice patina too. Easy to hang using only 1 hook in the ceiling.
All our lights are checked, cleaned and are suitable for use in the USA.
