Nice pair of large candle shaped wall lamps designed and made by Stilnovo, Italy 1950. The frames of these lamps have a very nice geometrical shape, where the shades are a-symmetrical placed. The milk glass shades rest on conical brass holders which have a die cut pattern on the underside. These lamps are still in very good and fully original condition, the brass finish still looks amazing for its age and has a lovely patina. The milk glass shades have no marks or chips, and the fixture wears the Stilnovo sticker on the inside. Stilnovo was one of the leading light manufacturers from Italy. Together with Arteluce, Arredoluce and Stilux they were on the top of the market and produced highly sought-after models that only keep rising in value. A pair of wall scones like these, would make a great addition to any interior. The lamps use an 2x E 14 bulbs up to 40 watt each. Priced and sold in a set of 2 only.
These lamps are checked in our own atelier, cleaned and is suitable for use in the USA. For US usage we could change the plug, or you can get a converter if needed for a floor or table lamp with transformer in it. Feel free to inquire for options.
