Nice minimalistic and modernist adjustable wall lamp by Stilnovo, made in Italy in the 1960s. This wall lamp is in a very good and fully original condition, and has a beautiful patina. Inside the lamp there is one light source which gives it a nice diffused glow when lit. The cast chromed base and blue painted metal shade remain unscratched and their diversity really compliment eachother. The adjustable shade is marked with the Stilnovo sticker on the side and the diffuser is made of milk glass, bulb can be replaced easily by a very nice solution which can be seen on the pictures.
Stilnovo was one of the leading light manufacturers from Italy. Together with Arteluce, Arredoluce and Stilux they were on the top of the market, and produced highly sought after models that only keep rising in value. A desk lamp like this, would make a great addition to any interior.
This lamp is checked in our own atelier, cleaned and is suitable for use in the USA.
