Nice large sized model 1140 chandelier designed and made by Stilnovo, italy 1955. Large off-white painted aluminum dish upper shade featuring brass details and a typical Stilnovo glass diffuser lower shade with a textured water-like or moon surface look. The lamp is composed of a flat, round shade with beautiful brass detailing. The brass clamps, that go trough the dish, hold the glass diffuser in place and are attached to the dish with brass bolts. Hanging on a thin cable and wire the two are connected by brass joints. From the side it’s a stunning almond shape. The combination of the aluminum top, frosted glass, and decorative brass connections create a striking and attractive piece of design. Marked with Stilnovo sticker on the inside of the shade.
