Very nice and rare small decorative sheep made by unknown manufacturer in the manner of Francois Xavier Lalanne, Holland 1970. This sheep was made of solid pine wood and is covered with real brown sheep wool, its ears are made of leather. I have never seen this small one in brown wool, a rare version. These sheep were designed as shop window decoration for blankets made of sheep wool in the 1970s. This is a very nice and affordable sheep for one who doesn’t want to buy a real Lalanne sheep for $500.000. Highly decorative piece.
