Excellent and also desirable Helga floor lamp from the hand of Silvio Bilangione, and manufactured by Fumagalli in Italy in 1967. The lamp itself is in a nice and original condition.
The shade and stand are made up of bent pieces of steamformed plywood, which is still in excellent condition. The shape reminds us od a modern Roman pilar. With this particular lamp, you can see that besides the original paintwork the wood is also still in a very good contition and has a stunning patina which was created by its age. The light source is a single E27 bulb and can go up to 100 watt.
This lamp is checked in our own atelier, cleaned and is suitable for use in the USA. For US usage we could change the plug or you can get a converter if needed for a floor or table lamp with transformer in it. Feel free to inquire for options.
