Beautiful and large sized so called ‘Mucki’ slat bench designed by Sergio Rodrigues and manufactured by Oca, Brazil 1959. This is the largest version made bench of the Mucki series and for me it is the one where the proportions are the nicest. It consists of several rosewood slats, beautifully connected to the rosewood structure which has a beautiful grain to the wood. The bench appears to have the shape of a dinosours skeleton. The length of the bench makes it necessary to have 2 extra feet in the center but this makes the bench also more visually appealing. The slat bench is fully refinished in our own atelier and is in very nice condition again with warm and deep colour to the rosewood as is visible on the pictures. Nice large ribbed bench made by one of Brazils best and most important designers of all time. Very difficult to find bench, especially in this large size and condition.

Fully refinished in our own atelier with high quality UV protection lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Also completely structural checked and ready to use.
