The superb sculptural “Giraffe” floor lamp, designed and manufactured by Rispal in France in 1950, is a true icon of mid-century design. These remarkable floor lamps feature a solid metal base with a sleek black finish, complemented by a beautifully crafted solid teak wooden structure. The attention to detail is evident in the braided electrical wire, seamlessly integrated into the lamp’s design. This lamp is not only amazing shaped, the meterials used are detailing that make the lights aesthetics unique.
The original shades remain in excellent condition, contributing to the lamp’s vintage charm. The distinct “giraffe” silhouette is not only visually striking but also functional, casting a warm and inviting glow when illuminated. The lamp accommodates two B22 bulbs, each up to 60 watts, providing a cozy and atmospheric light.
We currently have only two of these rare lamps available for purchase. They are sold individually, offering a unique opportunity to own a piece of design history.
