Stunning pair of night tables model T07, designed by the master woodworker Pierre Chapo and manufactured in his own atelier in France, 1960s. Thee nightstands are characteristic for his work and the very modest and simplistic design is his signature. He picked wood, with the ability to attract all the attention in the design, leaving only the excellent craftsmanship as a finishing touch to the piece. This small cabinet has beautiful woodjoints on the sides. The cabinets are made of solid elm wood and have a beautiful warm colour and lovely grain. They have 1 drawer which provides storing facilities which make these very suitable as night cabinets or side tables. The cabinets are in fantastic original condition.
Very good, original
