Fantastic pair of cabinets from the B10 modular series designed by Pierre Chapo and manufactured in his atelier in France, 1962. These cabinets are from the modular B10 system, so every piece could be designed to the clients wished. This is a for a pair of low cabinets which is quite exceptionnal. They are both made of solid elm wood and have 3 folding doors with storage space behind. One has a small shelve behind the right door. The can also be used stacked on top of each other. Have a look at the nice craftsmanship details these cabinets both have. Cabinets are in very nice condition and preserve a nice patina from age and usage. Priced and sold in a pair.
Pierre Chapo is amongst the most uprising designers from the French soil. Catching up with the renowed works by Charlotte Perriand as the quality is very similar and the style very close to the designs by Perriand.
