Very nice sculptural and comfortable lounge sofa designed and manufactured by Percival Lafer, Brazil 1970. Percival Lafer was one of the leading design manufacturers in Brazil who actually managed to produce futniture on a large, industrial scale. This sofa is however very rare and hard to find. Cross structural frames with nice metal connection in solid mahogany, looks like rosewood. Leatherette seat hanging in there, very nice in cognac leatherette and super comfortable seating. In good original condition with sunning patina which gives the chairs character from years of usage. We have a matching pair of chairs available from this set too, available in another listing.
