Super rare lounge chairs designed by Pekka Perjo for the insurance company Pohjola, Finland 1965. They were manufactured by Haimi Oy in Helsinki, the same company that manufactured Yrjo Kukkapuro&https://mmd.pixeldustlab.nl/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/demo-img.jpg39;s furniture. Mr Perjo then became an interior designer and started the company Sistem in 1972. He made no other products. So these chairs are somehow unique in their kind and thats not all. They seat amazing really! We redid the foam cause it was old but we wanted to preserve the authenticity of the leather so we reconditioned this with a leather care product to preserve the patina as well. Excellent pair of chairs.
