Fantastic ‘T41’ table by Osvaldo Borsani and produced in Italy by Tecno in 1957. This table is in fully original condition and is adjustable in height from coffee table to dining table using an ingenious pump sytem which is hidden inside the center tube. The handle makes it easy to turn this quickly into the table you need at that moment. The top is inlayed with a teak veneer in two different shades and has a pattern running in different directions. The patinated woodwork has some normal and light wear from usage but has not seen any significant damages during its long life, which makes this piece really stand out. The base is executed in a manner that is very typical for the work of Borsani, and consists of a minimalist looking steel black frame, with some brass details and hardware, which also wears the Tecno emblem. This table is nice to match with the 4 P31 chairs we have in stock and available in another listing.
