Sculptural and large set of 12 dining chairs model 78 designed by Niels O. Moller, manufactured by J.L. Møller Mobelfabrik, Denmark 1962. These lovely shaped chairs are made of solid rosewood and are newly upholstered in off white flat bouclé fabric. The rosewood features nice veins and beautiful grain in the dark rosewood. These Moller chairs are for sure the nicest he designed, this chair is completely in balance and is amazingly crafted into perfection. With the pointy back rests and also the pointed shaped feet, they look very elegant. The typical organic shape and splendid woodworking details are skilled characteristics for the best Danish furniture from the previous century. Some of the chairs still have the original metal Moller tag underneath the seat. These are very nice and early chairs in very good and original good condition with minor wear from age and usage, the upholstery is newly done. Amazing large set of 12 chairs which are very hard to find at the moment. Priced and sold in a set of 12.
