Martin Visser slat bench black ebonized ‘t Spectrum 1965

Item description

Very nice and early slat bench designed by Martin Visser for 't Spectrum Bergeijk, Holland 1965. This black ebonized slat bench was originally designed for Stedelijk Museum, thats why its often called the museum bench. This can be used as seating bench, its very strong because of the solid ash wooden slats. But is also perfectly usable as coffee table, side table etc. This is a nice and early example with nice patina from age and usage but it is still looking great.
