Marcus Kingma round artwork coffee table Holland 1981

Very nice one off round shaped coffee table designed and made by Marcus Kingma, Holland 1981. Marcus was the brother of Paul Kingma who started making these tables in the 1960s. Marcus helped Paul making table at the end of his career and eventually started making tables on his own during the 1980s. This example is a very nice early round table which is rare and uncommon. The table is made of concrete and has slate and brass inlays. The table has a very nice star shaped wooden base, black lacquered and the table is marked M.Kingma 1981 on the top. Nice collectible table, unique one off table which is a work of art on its own.
