Marc Newson Felt chair for Cappelini 1993

Very nice sculptural lounge chair designed by Marc Newson and manufactured by Cappelini, Italy 1993. This is a red version of the Felt chair and the chair is as new. only on the bottom where the chair hits the floor there is the paint missing, besides that the chair is unused as chair. The chair is made of red painted fiberglass and has a polished aluminium foot. The Felt Chair was conceived while Marc was working on studies for what would become the Orgone Chair, he sketched a hollow variation with a sliced off bottom and sides that continued down to the floor. Which gave a very open view to this chair. The chair is still available (with delivery time) for the price of 4500 Euro, we offer it almost half the price and the chair is also as new.
