Beautiful post art deco leather stitched, and brass side chair designed by Jacques Adnet and manufactured by Ateliers Jacques Adnet, France 1950s. This super elegant shaped and super quality side chair has a brass structure frame, which is partly covered with black leather and the frame is made of solid brass and has a beautiful patina from age and usage. A nice detail are the round ball shaped feet which are also used at the top of the structure. The foam filled seat and back rest provide enough comfort while seating. The chair is in good condition, partly redone and has an amazing patina from age and usage. Very nice side of desk chair with an elegant appearance. Original and authentic items by Jacques Adnet are very hard to find as the furniture from Jacques Adnet could normally only be bought by the Avant Garde from France in that time. Beautiful side or desk chair for someone who is looking for something with character and appearance.
