Ico Parisi style console table Milano Italy 1950

Striking shaped and typical Italian designed console table by unknown designer or manufaturer but very close to the designs of Ico Parisi, Italy 1950. This is for a beautiful black stained beech wooden console with white marble top which shows nice veins running through the marble. The feet are connected with a brass support which is a nice detail and shows the how well thought this piece was designed and made. Also the front legs are slightly bent forward to create stability and this doesnt affect the easthetics of the piece. In the middle if features a drawer where you can put some small items in. It is a fantastic piece for an entry hall for example. This dynamic shaped console looks truly amazing and sophisticated. The condition is very good and original too, preserving a nice patina to the wood but the marble is in very good condition. Would look amazing in any modern design interior or office.
