High back dining chairs made in Italy 1970

Very nice and unusual shaped high back dining chairs, made in Italy by unknown designer or manufacturer in 1970. These heavy quality chairs are in very good condition and have a very high backrest, are made of solid oak with a black leather upholstery. The wood has a lovely glow and makes a nice contrast to the deep black leather. However the maker is unknown the chairs have a lot of similarities to the designs of Mario Marenco or MobiGirgi. They have a brutalist and bulky look but makes them also sleek because of the high back rests in relation to the chair. No real significant signs of wear or usage can be found and the frame and joinery is very solid and well made. This stunning set is priced and sold in a set of 4 and would great in any interior.
