A striking shaped set of eight model 255 dining chairs designed by Henning Kjaernulf and manufactured by Bruno Hansen, Denmark 1963. This is for a large set of eight elegant dining chairs with a strong aesthetic design. These solid rosewood chairs have a beautiful shaped, curved back with beautiful carpentry skilled connections. The diagonal support of the back makes sure the design of these chairs is still very open and airy. The nice Y-shapes are created by the lines of the back and the legs which is of course very similar to the designs by Hans Wegner. The chairs have a very nice solid rosewood frames with and they have their original black faux leather upholstery. Very nice and open look, and comfortable chairs. Some of the chairs still have their; HIGH QUALITY BRUNO HANSEN MADE IN DENMARK architekt Kjaernuf stamp on the bottom. Priced and sold in a set of 8.
