Giraffe table lamps made in Italy 1970

Fantastic shaped desk lamps made by unknownd designer or manufacturer, Italy 1970. Since they seem to pop up in Italy mostly, we think these are made by a small and unknown Italian factory. Very nice shaped industrial lamps with solid steel base, white painted and chrome details. The shade is made of aluminium with a diffuser shade underneath. The lamps use an E27 bulb up to 75 watt. Both in very good working condition. Shades have been professionally polished in our own atelier. These lamps are checked in our own atelier, cleaned and are suitable for use in the USA. For US usage we could change the plug or you can get a holiday converter if needed for a floor or table lamp. The lamps are priced and sold individually.

For some reason Wright20 attributed these lights as a design by Wim Rietveld, which everybody followed and used in their attribution. As an expert in the designs from the Rietveld family we can say with 100% clarity these lamps are not designed by Wim Rietveld. However that does not change anything about the beauty of these lamps and how good they are made. But it has by far nothing to do with the work of Wim Rietveld.
