Rare and unusual roll-top desk model 804 designed by Gianfranco Frattini and manufactured by Bernini, Italy 1964. The desk is made of rosewood veneer and has a very nice shape. This was fantastic made and a very functional design. By pulling the desk top out you open the cabinet and small drawers and a leather inlayed top become visible. This desk cabinet has a lot of storage space, 10 drawers at the front, several drawers behind the roll top and on the back there are shelves for books etc. This can stand nicely free in a space as its fully finished. The legs are made of solid wood and are connected with aluminium strips. The handles are made of chrome plated metal. On top there is a glass shelve so you can put items on and still use the rolltop. Fantastic ingenious design by Frattini, manufactured by Bernini with the manufacturers label on the inside of the top drawer. The desk is fully restored in our atalier and in excellent condition again with only minimal wear from age and usage.
Fully refinished in our own atelier with high quality UV protection lacquer with preservation of authenticity. Also completely structural checked and ready to use.
