Milano 1946 – 1988
Aesthetic appealing and rare floor lamp designed by Gaetano Sciolari and produced by Stilnovo in Italy 1954. This modernist lamp features a metal weighted base in black lacquer. Its aluminium shades are built up by a white inner part, surrounded by a black diffuser. When illuminated, this lamp provides a pleasant and evenly distributed light. The Stilnovo sticker on the inside of the shade, indicating its authenticity. The wall version of this lamp is seen more often, while this floor version is a rarity. A great example of early modernism in Italian lighting.

Lamp uses an E27 bulb up to 100 watt and can also be used with dimmer or LED bulbs.
This lamp is checked in our own atelier, cleaned and is suitable for use in the USA. For US usage we could change the plug, or you can get a converter if needed for a floor or table lamp with transformer in it. Feel free to inquire for options.
