Rare small kitchen / dinner table Model 505 designed by Cor Alons and J.C. Jansen for Gouda den Boer, Holland 1948. This birch wooden table has a folding top and by an ingenious system this table folds from a 2 persons table to a 4 persons table in a matter of seconds. The new technique of working with plywood materials were discovered by Charles and Ray Eames and after the war this way of making furniture was introduced by designers as Cor Alons, Cees Braakman and Willem Lutjens.

Fully refinished with high quality UV protection lacquer with preservation of authenticity.
