A stunning and exceptionally comfortable pair of low lounge chairs designed by Carlo Hauner and manufactured by Forma Móveis, Brazil, in 1955. These exquisite chairs feature a beautifully shaped solid steel structure with a black-painted finish, supporting a newly upholstered shell seat in luxurious beige sand flat bouclé fabric. The organic, shell-like shape of the seat offers both elegance and ergonomic comfort, ensuring a truly relaxing seating experience.
A striking detail of these chairs is the solid hardwood armrests, which showcase a deep, rich color and a naturally expressive grain, adding warmth and refinement to the design. The black-painted metal frame, characteristic of Hauner’s work, balances aesthetics and functionality seamlessly. Originally repainted in white, we have carefully restored the frames to their intended black finish, preserving their authentic appearance.
