A fantastic, reupholstered set of 4 so called ‘Pamplona’ chairs designed by Augusto Savini and manufactured by Pozzi, Italy 1965. These highly elegant and comfortable dining chairs have a solid ash wooden structure which has a stained finish. It has similar lines in the woods structure as rosewood or walnut but it has a different tone. A set of 4 solid chairs with fantastic architectural structure, starting with the bent wooden frames which are connected with beautiful dovetail joints, visible at the front of the chair’s arms. The front legs come together at the back, where both legs are connected with metal studs. This connection is a beautiful detail in the chairs design and emphasize the tight and modern expression of the chairs. The chairs are in amazing condition, and they are reupholstered in a supreme quality stripes fabric designed by Paul Smit for Maharam. The striped fabric gives the chairs an eclectic appearance and can finish that dining set into perfection. The chairs are priced and sold in a set of 4 only.
