Arne Wahl Iversen desk for Vinde Denmark 1960

Highly sophisticated desk model 80 designed by Arne Wahl Iversen and manufactured by Vinde Mobelfabrik, Denmark 1960. This stunning quality desk is made of rosewood veneer which has a stunning grain to the wood, which is fully mirrored and is beautiful from every angle. The desk is finished on all sides and can therefor easily stand in the middle of a room. The drawers provide storage possibillities and in the back of the desk there are 2 openings which you can use for display purposes or storage as well. The desk comes with its original key for the middle drawer which is pretty unusual as keys are often missing. It is quite a beautiful brass key as well. The desk has been fully refinished back to its former glory and looks absolurely amazing with a deep and warm color to the rosewood. The typical Danish way of dovetail carpenting the drawers is also visible on the legs which is a very nice detail and complements this desk. This is a beautiful and functional piece of Danish design which is perfect a modern home or interior. Phenomanel quality desk in fantastic condition.
