Nice and unique executed multifunctional drawer cabinet, made by and unknown architect in Milano, Italy 1950. This was made by an unknown architect for an apartment in Milano in the 1950s which you can see at first sight. This beautiful a symmetrical cabinet is filled with open drawer shelves which can be positioned where you want them this could be used for papers but also for shoes for example. As the drawers can be positioned on different levels with different spaces in between. This beautifully crafted cabinet has similar details for the designed by George Nakashima for Widdicomb for example. You will find nice connections at the top shelf which are best visible on the left side of the top. The unit was made of beautiful walnut with an amazing and warm grain to it, in partly solid and partly veneered parts. It is in original and good condition with a shiny finished glaze. The cabinet has 20 drawers which can all be taken out separately. This is a very exciting piece of Italian design, because it’s a symmetrical it’s a nice and unique looking piece. Its not that deep, so it will also fit in many smaller spaces which makes it a very functional and practical piece.
