Wonderful and iconic M1T70 Mondragone marble dining table designed by Angelo Mangiarotti and manufactured by Skipper in Italy in 1969. The M table is a significant piece in Angelo Mangiarotti’s work because it’s the first time he used marble to create furniture for homes. This table might seem simple, but it combines various design elements that Mangiarotti had explored in his previous projects. On one side, it draws inspiration from his CAP59 vases, featuring circles, hyperboloids, and lathing. On the other side, it’s like a geometric evolution of his SK207, but this time, it’s entirely made of marble. What makes the M table even more remarkable is its single gravity joint, which connects the top to the base.

Rare armchair designed by Charlotte Perriand and manufactured by Steph Simon in France in 1950. This armchair model no. 21 is also known as Chamrousse. Perriand’s inspiration for this iconic chair came from her idyllic experiences on the French countryside and her encounters with rustic peasant furniture. The design beautifully captures the simplicity and the rustic charm of rural life. Throughout time, this chair was produced and sold by various publishers, with the renowned Steph Simon Gallery among them. Made from solid oak, this chair has four cylindrical supports connected by tapered struts. Both the back and seat are intricately braided with straw.This armchair has seen minimal use since it was located in a holiday home and therefore preserved its stunning condition with gentle patina where its age is clearly visible.

Rare set of six Pigreco chairs by Tobia Scarpa for Gavina in Italy in 1957. Every feature of this chair responds to a logic: conveying a “sense of space” to a traditionally static object. The triangle acts as a dynamic element and is reinforced by the two rear legs, which come closer together to give the seat stability without compromising the feeling of lightness that pervades the object. Tobia Scarpa’s graduation project at the University of Venice in 1959, this is the first product ever designed by the Italian architect. The chairs are in fantastic original condition, 2 seats are slightly different in colour. Beautiful woodgrain and woodworking details at the backrest.

Extremely rare 932 ‘Quartet’ sofa designed by architect Mario Bellini and manufactured by Cassina in Italy in 1964. Very early model made up of five separate pieces. It’s quite challenging to come across one in this large and impressive size. What makes it even more special is its gorgeous cognac colour. This sofa’s modular design means you can arrange its elements in various ways to suit different settings. It’s still in good original condition, considering its age, with some expected wear and tear that adds character and enhances its beautiful appearance and patina. There are no holes or tears in it.

Beautiful pair of wall mounted display cabinets designed by Carlo Ratti and manufactured by Industria Legni Curvati in Italy in 1950. These cabinets are made of bent teak plywood and have a unique design. Each cabinet has two glass shelves that match the curve of the cabinets. The glass is held in place by three brass clamps – one big clamp in the middle and two smaller ones on the sides. This adds a nice touch to the cabinets. What makes these cabinets special is the lovely pattern in the wood. It’s almost like having two pieces of wall art. One of the cabinets is slightly bent, but you can only see it when it’s not on the wall. Hanging these cabinets is easy – you only need one screw. They’re not just for storing things; they’re like functional decorations for your wall. These rare wall-mounted display cabinets will make any room look better!

These chairs are very rare and quite unique, featuring a circular frame made of brushed stainless steel, and they’ve been recently upholstered in a soft cream white velvet fabric, which looks both classy and luxurious. What’s cool about these chairs and the footstool is that they have wheels, so you can move them around with ease. They have a charming round shape that kind of reminds you of mushrooms or blooming flowers, and they are incredibly comfy.

Back in the 1960s, when this chair was born, designers were all about trying new concepts. The F444 lounge chair is a great example of that spirit. Its shape isn’t just about looks; it’s designed to fit your body comfortably. And the way it’s built is pretty special too. The chairs have a strong steel frame covered with beautiful aged cognac leather. The high backrest gives you excellent support, making these chairs incredibly supportive. An iconic dining table designed by Ettore Sottsass and manufactured by Poltronova, Italy 1965. This rare and original Loto table has a big round base made of polished marble that’s smooth around the edges. Then there’s a middle part made of dark blackened metal. The top is a large round marble tabletop. The top part got a newly polished, with only a few small signs of use still visible. Sottsass thought of this table in December 1964. The way it’s designed shows his special touch. The round marble base and the dark metal part go together really well, making the table look playful and interesting and show very clearly where his mind already was before his breaking through designs in the Memphis period.

Beautiful coffee table designed by Gianfranco Frattini and manufactured by Cassina in Italy in 1960. Made from rich walnut wood, the table has a warmth and timeless appeal. The addition of refined brass details make it complete. The table consists of two generously sized round elements that form the table’s structure. The lower part is made from solid walnut, while the upper ring is made from glass. These elements are elegantly supported by four rounded walnut legs, creating a harmonious balance between these materials. The glass appears to float above the walnut base, held in place by a walnut wooden ring secured with brass bolts. The open centre part ha a versatile function that could be used as ditplay area for collectibles, magazines of the table can be used as dry bar to place bottles in the middle and glasses on the lower part. The table is in a very good original condition and has a floating and transparent design. Marked with the paper Cassina sticker on the bottom.

A super rare first production Fato lamp designed by Gio Ponti and produced by Artemide in 1967. What sets it apart from the later versions is that the early versions of the Fato lamp offered a unique hanging option, featuring cleverly placed holes at the back, so it had two points of use. However, this idea was discontinued shortly after. Another distinct characteristic lies in the positioning of the cable outlet on the sides, which sets it apart from the later models. This adds a fascinating touch to the lamp’s evolution over time. The Fato lamp is a true modernist design, a white square frame with folded geometric metal forms creating light and dark, screened and clear, all enclosed in a square frame: it is both a stunning light object and a beautiful lamp.

Incredible wrought iron garden lounge chairs made in France 1940. They look like beautiful sculptures. You might even think about famous designers like Rene Drouet, Jean Royere, and Raymond Subes, who worked for Maison Dominique. That’s how good these chairs are! They haven’t been touched since they were made, which makes them really beautiful. They still have their amazing old appearance, like a treasure from the past. The chairs are nice to look at with their curvy edges on the front and back. The part where you sit and lean back is like it’s hanging from the arms and legs. Everything fits together smoothly. There are little curves between the frame that make them look even more interesting. The legs are flattened at the ends which gives them an elegant touch. These chairs are strong and heavy, made with care by hand. Two of them have a bit of a lower angled back. If you decide to get all four chairs the stool will be added to the lot. Imagine yourself in an old French garden, surrounded by the beauty of the past, with these special chairs adding to the magic.
